Back Get Tickets Samuel Vargas International Music Foundation aims to establish the 1st Turén International Music Festival 2022, from May 29 to June 6, with the purpose of promoting the transforming power of classical and popular music, while preserving the humanistic values of the student community of the Turen Nucleus, Portuguesa state, Venezuela.
